Google Puts Up $1 Million to Do Evil

At a typical tech conference, you might get a chance to win an Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) gift card or even an Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) iPad. But at the CanSecWest security conference, things are much different. That’s because Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) is offering up to $1 million in prizes for a hacking contest.

The goal is to encourage coders to come up with exploits for the Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) Windows version of the Chrome browser. Sounds great, huh?
