Forbes: The Highest-Paid Actors

Big names top the list of the best-paid men in the business

Kristen Stewart might be the highest-paid actress in Hollywood this year, but she would barely make the top five if trying to run with the big boys.

Tom Cruise, who’s been making headlines recently for his pending divorce, took the top spot — and makes over double the leading-lady’s salary, according to Forbes. But who else has the star power to bring home the cosmic bucks? Most of these big names won’t surprise you.

Forbes talked to agents, managers, lawyers and other professionals who work with Hollywood elite to find out. The publication did not deduct for agent fees or take into consideration upfront pay, profit participation, residuals, endorsements and advertising work.

Here’s a look at the five actors who topped Forbes’ list.

  1. Tom Cruise: $75 million
  2. Leonardo DiCaprio: $37 million
  3. Adam Sandler: $37 million
  4. Dwayne Johnson (“The Rock”): $36 million
  5. Ben Stiller: $33 million

To learn more about the actors’ earnings and to find out if Kristen Stewart’s fellow Twilight stars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner made this year’s top-10, read Forbes’ complete article, Hollywood’s Top-Earning Actors.
