Top 10 Companies for Working Mothers 2012

Working Mother magazine announced on Tuesday its 100 Best Companies for Working Mothers[1] in 2012.

Readers can find the list in the magazine’s October/November issues, or on its website. The magazine has produced the annual rankings for 27 years.

Companies were ranked according to the availability of work time flexibility, paid maternity leave, child care and career advancement for women with children.

The magazine will hold a ceremony to highlight the companies noted on the list on October 10.

Here are the Top Ten Best Companies for Working Mothers for 2012:

  1. Bank of America (NYSE:BAC[2])
  2. Deloitte
  3. Ernst & Young
  4. General Mills (NYSE:GIS[3])
  5. Grant Thornton
  6. IBM (NYSE:IBM[4])
  7. KPMG
  8. Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG[5])
  9. PricewaterhouseCoopers
  10. WellStar Health System
