Fast-food giant Wendy’s (NASDAQ:WEN) is the king of the fast-food service hill.

Wendy’s recently topped the Drive-Thru Performance Study, which is conducted by QSR and tests fast-food restaurants in several areas. From average service time to order accuracy and customer service issues, the study attempts to define which restaurants do the best job at the window — from which they can derive up to 70% of their revenue.
