Fast-food giant Wendy’s (NASDAQ:WEN[1]) is the king of the fast-food service hill.
Wendy’s recently topped the Drive-Thru Performance Study, which is conducted by QSR[2] and tests fast-food restaurants in several areas. From average service time to order accuracy and customer service issues, the study attempts to define which restaurants do the best job at the window — from which they can derive up to 70% of their revenue.
Here’s the list:
Wendy’s: 129.75 seconds
Taco Bell (NYSE:YUM[3]): 149.69 seconds
Bojangles: 171.61 seconds
Krystal: 175.94 seconds
McDonald’s (NYSE:MCD[4]): 188.83 seconds
Chick-Fil-A: 190.06 seconds
Burger King (NYSE:BKW[5]): 201.33 seconds
