Earnings Roundup for 10/24: Facebook Surges

Some of the biggest earnings headlines out today:

Facebook (NASDAQ:FB[1]) climbed more than 20% on better-than-expected earnings. (Read more[2])

Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX[3]) plummeted 16% on not-so-hot streaming news. (Read more[4])

Defense stocks BA, GD, LMT and NOC posted mixed results, but most beat estimates. (Read more[5])

AT&T (NYSE:T[6]) slid slightly on disappointing revenue and subscriptions. (Read more[7])

Shares of pharma stocks BMY and LLY headed south as both missed on profits, sales. (Read more[8])

Biotech companies GILD, AMGN and QCOR made gains after beating expectations. (Read more[9])

Tech stocks JNPR, BRCM and EMC fell on poor outlooks, but VMW bucked the trend. (Read more[10])
