On Oct. 24, the singer was arrested after being pulled over in Tarzana, Calif., and refusing a sobriety test. His lawyer entered the plea for Brown on Friday, reports Ontherecordcarpet.com.
Brown faces more than just drunk-driving charges, however. In his Dec. 13 hearing, he’ll be up on charges of driving with a suspended license as well as driving a car without an ignition-locking device. Brown must use one on cars he drives following his March 2012, arrest for a similar offense.
For the previous offense, in which Brown pleaded no contest, he was ordered to get treatment as well as being fined and placed on probation.
Brown has a long history of substance-abuse problems. He has been jailed in the past for his previous convictions and in August checked himself into a clinic for treatment.
