Will people out there in TV land buy food from Oprah Winfrey? The most popular talk show host of all time may be getting ready to launch a line of organic food and beauty items.
The information became public when the New York Post uncovered a series of trademark applications that Winfrey filed for her potential new line. A spokesman for Winfrey says the trademarks are to allow her to market her Maui-based farm’s produce in Hawaii.
Here’s a partial list of items for which Winfrey has filed an application:
- Organic salad dressing
- Organic soup
- Organic beverages
- Bar soap
- Massage oil
- Lip balm
- Hair care items
