Gordon Ramsay is invading Las Vegas. The British chef, famed for his grilling of potential employees on Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen, is launching two new venues on the city’s iconic Strip this month.
The tough talking TV chef already has a presence at the Paris Hotel and Casino, where he launched Gordon Ramsay Steak in May, the Las Vegas Sun notes.
Next week, he will open the doors on Pub & Grill, a British-themed bar and restaurant that seats 290. Pub & Grill will be run by Chef Jeremy Berlin, who formerly worked at Ramsay’s restaurants in Los Angeles and London. It will serve shepherd’s pie, fish and chips and English ale onion soup, as well as lots of beer.
On December 22, his BurGR will start dishing out, well, burgers at the Strip’s Planet Hollywood.
Ramsay said that he’d recived a “positive reception” in Las Vegas and had been planning the new restaurants for “quite a while.”
