Celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain spent a recent flight delay complaining about American Airlines (PINK:AAMRQ[1]) via Twitter Monday.

After Bourdain’s flight from Miami to Grand Cayman was delayed for almost two hours on Monday, he decided to tweet, ABC News reports[2]. At first, the chef complained about the delay and the lack of information concerning it. Then, after he got more information, he tweeted, “@Bourdain: Latest news is it took #AA two hours to admit a passenger dropped a wet deuce on a seat. Need to change planes”

The tweets caught the attention of another reality star, chef Anthony Zimmern, who tweeted in response, “@andrewzimmern: @Bourdain Amazing how with all the technology it takes to fly, all it takes is some little s**t to mess it all up for everyone”

Even AA competitor Virgin Atlantic got in the act, tweeting, “@VAAintheUSA: We feel your pain @Bourdain. The combo of a dropped deuce & AA service gives flying a bad name. Come w/ us next time!”

American Airlines released a statement saying, “the flight in question was delayed approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. We apologize to our customers for the inconvenience.”
