This year’s list includes five new companies. Better still, 78 of the companies on the list are looking to hire new workers, planning to add a total of 67,000 jobs.

Here are the top 10 Best Companies to Work For[3] and their employee count, according to Fortune:

  2. SAS[6] — 6,373 employees
  3. CHG Healthcare Services[7] – 1,378 employees
  4. The Boston Consulting Group[8] — 2,314 employees
  5. Wegmans Food Markets[9] — 49,927 employees
  6. NetApp[10] (NASDAQ:NTAP[11]) — 7,426 employees
  7. Hilcorp Energy Company[12] — 1,012 employees
  8. Edward Jones[13] — 85,114 employees
  9. Ultimate Software[14] (NASDAQ:ULTI[15]) — 1,440 employees
  10. Camden Property Trust[16] (NYSE:CPT[17]) — 1,896 employees
