A man who posts videos of himself in non-public areas of Walt Disney World (NYSE:DIS) has been banned for life from the theme park.
The man, who goes by the name “Adam the woo,” and his videos have attracted thousands of followers, WKMG Orlando is reporting. In the videos, which he claims comes from a “morbid curiousity,” Adam the woo enters and explores employee-only areas of the park.
A Disney spokesman told wdwinfo.com the company takes “matters like this seriously and filed a trespass warning against Adam because he deliberately entered unauthorized areas several times before.”
Adam the woo expressed surprise at the severity of the penalty. In his latest video, he claimed, “I never received any emails from Disney on what I was doing was wrong. So, I figured maybe I’ll get a slap on the wrist, they’ll talk about the videos, say ‘don’t do it anymore,’ all that good stuff. None of that happened. They were waiting at the gate and they got me.”
