Man Buys 19-Foot Cigar for $185,000

[1]An unnamed man has purchased a giant cigar in Miami for $185,000.

Nicknamed “El Gigante,” the cigar weighs 1.600 pounds, reports the Associated Press[2]. It’s made from more than 16,000 wrap leaves and comes with its own 900-pound shipping crate.

Juan Panesso, who owns a cigar shop, told the Tampa Tribune that the buyer got El Gigante at a discount. The buyer asked Panesso to locate the cigar. He says it was originally valued at $200,000.
