Skinnygirl Founder’s Divorce Getting Ugly

[1]The divorce between Skinnygirl founder Bethenny Frankel and her husband Jason Hoppy might be getting ugly.

Hoppy filed his response to Frankel’s divorce petition and is requesting primary custody of the couple’s two-year-old daughter, TMZ reports[2]. In the original filing, Frankel asked for primary custody.

The two filings are remarkably similar, but opposite. Both have requested child support from the other if either is awarded custody. Hoppy wants Frankel to pay for medical insurance and related expenses and Frankel is asking Hoppy for the same thing, as well.

In addition, they have each requested the other maintain life insurance to benefit the other and the child. Hoppy did ask that Frankel pay for his lawyer, though.
