Swift — formerly of the Oklahoma Thunder and the Seattle Supersonic, and who also played in Japan — bought the suburban Seattle home in 2006 but lost it to foreclosure, reports The Inquisitr.

During his NBA career, Swift pocketed between $10 million and $20 million dollars in salary and bonuses. However, Swift has not maintained the property, and reports indicate that the front lawn is covered in old beer cans and old cars.

The new owner bought the home at about half of its value and would like to move in. However, Swift is still occupying the house and isn’t budging. He’s already exhausted the grace period given to him by the court and will be subject to eviction by sheriff’s deputies at the end of the month.
