Anderson first bought the home in 2000 for $1.8 million, and has spent years refining the home into an eco-friendly home for herself and her children, reports New York Daily News.
The home features five bedrooms and three baths and 2,700 square feet of living space. It also features an integrated lighting and sound system controlled by tablet computers, a gourmet kitchen, swimming pool and home theater. Topping it off is the sauna, ocean views and large deck.
Anderson is listing the home for $7.75 million. She needs the money to pay off debts, including more than $500,000 in back taxes. Last year she attempted to rent the home for $75,000 per month but found no takers.
