[1]Wealthy buyers have snapped up all of the new Veneno sports cars made by Lamborghini[2].
Of course, the Italian luxury car company, owned by Volkswagen (PINK:VLKAY[3]), only made three of the sleek cars, which are priced at $3.9 million each, the Detroit Free Press noted.
Named after a fighting bull, the Veneno offers a 12-cylinder engine, seven-speed transmission and carbon-fiber exterior. It can go from a stop to 60 miles per hour in 2.8 seconds and can hit 220 mph, if you can find a road where that sort of speed is allowed.
Of the three Veneno cars produced, two were purchased by Americans.
In January, Tonight Show host and noted car enthusiast Jay Leno showed off a Lamborghini R485 Tractor[4], which he recently added to his collection. The tractor was designed by Ferruccio Lamborghini, prior to becoming one of the world’s best know designers of luxury cars.
