VanHorn is accused of offering the two kids — one 10 months old and one two years — individually or as a package. The woman could purchase the older child for $1,000 or both for $4,000.

The woman contacted the police out of concern for the children. VanHorn is now being held on $40,000 bond at the Sequoyah County Jail.
