A researcher has determined that Walmart (NYSE:WMT) is the top place where people fall in love.
A new study – to be reported in Psychology Today – reports that the retail giant is the most listed place for ‘missed connections’ posts on Craigslist, reports CNN.
The study found that the results held true in 15 states. The states ran in a line from West Virginia, southwest to Texas and then north to Idaho. However, in California the most popular location was a local gym and in New York the subway.
There’s also a difference in age. At a younger age ice cream parlors are the top draw for missed connections. As people age it changes, for posters in their 30s it was a bar and for those over 40 it was a strip club or adult bookstore.
