The actress — most recently seen in Movie 43 and Cloud Atlas — and the designer have launched the non-profit Watch Hunger Stop, the Associated Press is reporting.
The two are promoting the sale of Kors’ Runway watches. For every one of the $295 watches sold, the program will donate 100 meals to hungry children through the United Nation’s World Food Programme.
The two stars are planning a world tour to support the effort. While the itinerary is not yet known, it may include stops in Syria, Central America and Africa. Berry — who is expecting her second child — hopes to be on the tour while she’s still pregnant so she can speak on prenatal nutrition.
“It’s so important to me, being a mom,” said Berry, “that I can help educate women on how important it is that when you have a healthy child, it helps set them up for life. “
