In partnership with Equliar, the AP examined salaries, benefits, bonuses and the future value of stock options and awards. It consider 323 CEOs from S&P 500 corporations who have been in the top spot for at least two years.

Here are the 10 highest-paid CEOs, according to the AP.

  1. Leslie Moonves — CBS (CBS) — $60.3 million.
  2. David Zaslav — Discovery Communications (DISCA) — $49.9 million
  3. Bob Iger — Disney (DIS) — $37.1 million
  4. Phillipe Dauman — Viacom (VIAB) — $33.4 million
  5. John Donahoe – eBay (EBAY) — $29.7 million
  6. Brian Roberts — Comcast (CMCSA) — $29.1 million
  7. Howard Schultz — Starbucks (SBUX) — $28.9 million
  8. Ken Chenault — American Express (AXP) — $28 million
  9. Rex Tillerson — ExxonMobil (XOM) — $27.2 million
  10. Kent Thiry —  (DVA) — $26.8 million
