Part of the roof of a Sturm Ruger (RGR) manufacturing facility collapsed after a thunderstorm raged in Prescott, Arizona.
Bloomberg Businessweek reported on Friday that no one was injured during this incident. The firearm manufacturer’s third quarter could suffer as a result of this setback, but the Connecticut-based company believes that its finances will still be in good shape.
The company’s shares fell 11 cents before this incident happened on Friday but remained the same after the announcement of the collapse.
Sturm Ruger has already started repairing their Prescott facility and they expect to be up and running in no time.
