The company has become the first franchisee named to operate a PizzaRev location. Buffalo Wild Wings plans to open an unspecified number of PizzaRev locations. Each PizzaRev restaurant will range from between 2,000 square-feet to 3,000 square-feet, serving 11-inch Roman-style pizzas with a choice of toppings, Restaurant News notes.
PizzaRev, founded by Rodney Eckerman and Irv Zuckerman in 2012, currently operates five of its own restaurants in California. It plans to launch seven more in the Gold State.
In March, Buffalo Wild Wings acquired minority stake in PizzaRev. The pizza purveyor has filed to launch franchise locations across the country.
