The National Football League’s pair of powerhouse brothers, Eli and Peyton Manning, have teamed up in a new commercial for DirecTV (DTV).
But the quarterbacks aren’t throwing footballs in the new ad. Instead, they’re rapping about the satellite TV provider’s NFL Sunday Ticket programming for smartphones, the Chicago Tribune notes.
In a three-minute video, the brothers, donning wigs and accompanied by back-up dancers, pose as rappers singing the praises of “football on your phone.”
At one point, their father — legendary NFL quarterback Archie Manning — even shows up sitting on a golden throne.
This isn’t the first time the brothers have appeared together in an DirecTV ad. Two years ago, they filmed another ad called Football Cops for the satellite service.
Shares of DirecTV slipped fractionally in Wednesday morning trading.
