Amazon announced that it had sold out of Xbox 360 copies of Grand Theft Auto V via its website. The website noted that Xbox 360 copies of the game that were ordered on Sept. 13 will be shipped out as soon as the retailer obtains more copies. Those who want to pre-order the game for Sony’s (SNE) PS3 can still do so without having to wait for replenished stock, reports The Telegraph.
Grand Theft Auto V was produced and developed by Take-Two Interactive Software’s (TTWO) subsidiary Rockstar Games. Rockstar started working on the game shortly after Grand Theft Auto IV came out in April of 2008.
