A 256GB memory card — the fastest yet in the world — is being sold by SanDisk (SNDK) and offers storage best suited for massive file transfers and professional photographers.
The Extreme Pro Compact Flash memory card is designed to capture the latest video technology succeeding HDTV.
The card offers a minimum continuous write speed of up to 140 MB per second (MB/s). The card’s read speed goes up to 160 MB/s with its Video Performance Guarantee (VPG-65) certification.
