Air Marshal Arrested for Taking Upskirt Pics of Southwest Passengers

Nashville police say the air marshal admitted to taking the photos

A federal air marshal was arrested at Nashville International Airport  after police say he admitted taking cellphone photos underneath women’s skirts as they boarded a Southwest (LUV) flight.

Adam J. Bartsch was charged with disorderly conduct on Friday.

Police say a passenger realized what Bartsch was doing aboard Southwest Airline Flight 313, grabbed his phone and showed it to a flight attendant, who notified police.

Authorities say Bartsch has been in trouble for such actions before.

The air marshal arrested is in jail on a $10,000 bond.

He is based in Maryland, where he lives with his wife.
