Kim Kardashian Reveals How She Lost the Baby Weight

Low-carb, high-protein foods have been key part of Kim's diet


Kim Kardashian was looking as slim as ever despite the fact that it’s only been four months since she gave birth to her daughter North West.

Us Weekly reports that Kardashian revealed that she put off her baby weight thanks to the Atkins diet which focuses on eating high-protein and low-carb foods. An Atkins rep said that Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality star has been eating a lot of healthy, lean protein foods such as nuts and avocado along with low-calorie carbs like fruits, vegetables and cheese.

Kim has been all over the tabloids lately thanks to her high-profile relationship with rapper Kanye West. The 32-year-old model has been dating West — the father of her daughter — since April 2012.
