PayPal185[1]Ebay‘s (EBAY[2]) online payment processor is making a limited time offer for users who make purchases at selected retailers[3].

PayPal will provide free two-day shipping for items purchased online at Aeropostale (ARO[4]), Dick’s Sporting Goods (DKS[5]), iRobot (IRBT[6]), PBS, Maurices, Sports Authority, Levi’s and Kenneth Cole (KCP[7]). The are no minimum purchase requirements, though the items can only be shipped in the U.S., the company said in a statement.

In order to take advantage of the offer, users must have a valid U.S.-based PayPal account in good standing and complete purchases on the above-mentioned retail websites paying via their PayPal accounts.

The company did not indicate when the offer would conclude.

Last month it was reported that PayPal is developing a mobile application to permit users to pay for purchases at brick-and-mortar retail stores via the smartphones[8]. The app could ultimately replace credit cards and is expected to come with rewards and discounts as an incentive for consumers to adopt it.

Shares of eBay slid more than 1% in Thursday morning trading.
