14-year-old Philip Chism is being charged for allegedly killing a high school teacher with a box cutter in Danvers, Massachusetts.

CNN reports that the teenager[1] allegedly slayed 24-year-old teacher Colleen Ritzer in a school bathroom before rolling her body out of the building in a recycling bin and dumping it in the woods. Authorities say that Chism changed his clothes after killing Ritzer and went to the movies by himself afterwards. Chism’s peers and soccer teammates were shocked to hear of the crime and they said that he seemed like a normal person.

After the crime occurred, Chism went missing before being found by the police and taken into custody. According to Massachusetts law, juveniles 14 or older are charged treated as adults if they are up for charges of first- or second-degree murder. The teenager is still awaiting trial for the murder of his teacher.
