John Gotti Jr. Stabbed in CVS Parking Lot

John Gotti Jr., the son of the late crime boss John Gotti, was stabbed in a CVS Caremark (CVS) parking lot on Sunday.

According to Gotti, he was stabbed in the stomach while trying to break up a fight between two strangers in the parking lot. After being stabbed, Gotti took himself to a hospital. Hospital workers called police because of the type of injury that he had suffered. When police showed up, Gotti wouldn’t tell them what had happened. Gotti’s wound was bad enough that he was moved to North Shore University Hospital to be treated. The Nassau County Police Department and Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice’s office are both investigating the incident, reports The New York Daily News.

Authorities are currently seeking surveillance footage from security cameras located in the CVS parking lot, as well as any information from CVS employees regarding the matter, reports International Business Times.
