The Canadian athletic apparel maker says that a small number of buyers of its Groove Pants have complained about pilling in the pants. Other reports say that some consumers also have problems with Lululemon’s Wunder Under brand of pants, CNBC notes.
Lululeman insists that the problem is “not a widespread concern.”
Earlier this year, Lululemon was forced to recall yoga pants that were too-sheer from store shelves. That recall could reduce its annual sales by up to $67 million.
A spokesperson for the company said that consumers encountering quality issues should communicate with the company by phone or at one of its stores.
Despite the latest round of complaints, Lululemon shares climbed more than 2% in Monday mid-day trading.
