The NFL and McDonald’s (MCD) have partnered up to release a series of football-themed Happy Meal toys starting next week.
Advertising Age reports that the promotion between the fast food chain and the NFL will begin today Nov. 15, only five days before the season three premiere of Nickelodeon’s TV show NFL Rush Zone: Season of the Guardians. McDonald’s will run this promotion through Dec. 12 and the Happy Meal toys include 32 ‘Rusher’ figures that represent the NFL’s 32 teams. Each toy will show a figure throwing a football based on each team’s history.
NFL and McDonald’s have been official partners since last fall when they signed a multi-million dollar deal that will last several years.
