Restaurant Trends 2014: What’s Over, Trending & Upcoming

There are foods like pizza and French fries that never seem to go out of style but most foods go through cycles.

Nation’s Restaurant News reports[1] that Andrew Freeman — CEO of hospitality consulting firm Andrew Freeman & Co. — gave a webinar outlining several restaurant trends for 2014. As Robin Thicke’s ‘Blurred Lines’ played in the background, Freeman talked about food in three different categories: those that are trending, winding down and the up and coming ones.
