This is the third year in a row that Delta has been voted as the best airline for business travelers. It was ranked as the best airline in nine out of 10 categories on the survey by corporate travel managers, reports The Wall Street Journal.
The airline did especially well in the areas of Value of Relationships with Account Managers and Sales Representatives, Quality of Airline Communications, and Networks, Airline Partnerships and Frequencies. Other airlines that took part in the survey include American Airlines (AAMRQ), United Airlines (UAL) and US Airways (LCC).
According to the U.S. Department of Transportation’s operational performance for Delta, the airline was at the top level in the categories of on-time arrivals, completion factor, baggage handling and customer complaints for September 2013. The company was also voted as the most admired airline in Fortune magazine’s 2013 World’s Most Admired Companies.
