Aeropostale to Launch Line by Teen YouTube Sensation Bethany Mota

Aeropostale (ARO) has teamed up with Bethany Mota to create a fashion line that appeals to the YouTube star’s fan base.

The Bethany Mota Collection will include apparel, accessories and jewelry and items range from $5 to $78. The 18-year-old is designing the Aeropostale line based on her style as well as her fans’. “The collection was inspired by a variety of factors,” says Bethany. “I definitely infused my personal style into each piece, but I am a teenager so my style changes all the time! My viewers had a lot to do with the designs too. They are always tweeting me photos of what they’re wearing and what they like, so it was helpful to see what they were looking for in that aspect.”

An Aeropostale spokesperson said that the company is excited to work with Bethany Mota who has a “keen eye for fashion” and a lot of experience with social media. The teenager has over four million YouTube subscribers, close to one million Twitter followers and almost two million Instagram followers.
