Lucky Customers Get Dirt-Cheap Delta Airfare Due to System Glitch

The carrier will honor the incorrect airline ticket prices

Several very lucky customers purchased dirt-cheap Delta airfare thanks to a computer glitch that lowered the prices considerably.

delta airfareDelta (DAL) said that it will honor these low prices despite the fact that they occurred as part of a glitch that occurred between 10 a.m. and noon on Thursday. Some travelers took advantage of the cheap prices and got the deals of their lives.

A Cincinnati-Minneapolis roundtrip for February was being sold for $25.05 and a Cincinnati-Salt Lake roundtrip was only $48.41. Tickets for each of those Delta flights cost over $400 but the glitch made it much more affordable for customers who were booking their tickets yesterday.
