Apple Says iOS 7 Fix Coming for iPhone ‘Screen of Death’

Many Apple (AAPL[1]) iPhone users using iOS 7 have been hit with the ‘black/white screen of death.’

Apple[2]The technology giant is planning on releasing an iOS 7 fix software[3] in order to get rid of the bug. Many users say that their iPhones are getting a black or white screen with the Apple logo before restarting on their own. The problem occurs when the battery power in under 30% for some.

People are calling it the ‘black/white screen of death’ because white iPhones show a white crash screen while black iPhones get a black screen. Apple said that it is working on fixing the problem but the company has yet to announce a release date for the software.
