Ken Ham and Bill Nye had a televised debate on creationism and evolution that Nye dominated but Ham came out of it with something big.

Creation Museum founder Ken Ham said that the debate revived interest in the creationist project of building Noah’s Ark. It appears as if the project will now go through as a municipal bond offered by Williamstown, Kentucky will help build the $73 million structure.

Bill Nye responded by saying that the allocation of funds to build a Noah’s Ark is “bad for scientists based in Kentucky and bad for the U.S.” He also said that it’s bad for the world and he wasn’t joking.
