Ken Ham’s Plan to Build Noah’s Ark in Kentucky Moves Forward

Ken Ham and Bill Nye had a televised debate[1] on creationism and evolution that Nye dominated but Ham came out of it with something big.

Creation Museum founder Ken Ham said that the debate revived interest[4] in the creationist project of building Noah’s Ark. It appears as if the project will now go through as a municipal bond offered by Williamstown, Kentucky will help build the $73 million structure.

Bill Nye responded by saying that the allocation of funds to build a Noah’s Ark is “bad for scientists based in Kentucky and bad for the U.S.” He also said that it’s bad for the world and he wasn’t joking.
