Lowe’s (LOW) has announced plans to hire seasonal employees for the spring, its busiest season.
The retailer will hire about 25,000 workers at its U.S. stores who will work an average of 20 hours a week. Lowe’s jobs for the spring include cashiers, lawn and garden employees, loaders and stockers.
The length of these jobs will vary but many of them will most likely be from February until September as the company also needs extra help in the summer. States with warm temperature such as Arizona and Florida are already training and hiring new employees.
LOW stock is up about 0.86% on Friday.
