TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. (TQNT) shows solid improvement this week. The company’s rating rises from a B to an A. TriQuint Semiconductor supplies communications companies with modules, components and foundry services. This is a strong week for Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (SWKS). The company’s rating climbs to B from the previous week’s C. Skyworks Solutions is an innovator of analog and mixed-signal semiconductors. Investors seem to agree with the upgraded status of the stock and have pushed the stock up 24% over the past month.
