AT&TOver the weekend, AT&T (T) announced that it would trim the price of its 2GB Mobile Share Value wireless plan.

AT&T said that it will cut the cost of its 2GB Mobile Share Value plan by $15 a month. That would reduce the monthly price of the 2GB Mobile Share Value plan to $65 for customers using one phone line on the AT&T 4G/LTE network, the Los Angeles Times notes.

The discounted AT&T 2GB Mobile Share Value plan price is available to both new and existing subscribers, AT&T says. In addition to data, the plan features unlimited talk and text.

AT&T, the nation’s second largest wireless carrier, has been battling fourth-ranked U.S. wireless carrier T-Mobile (TMUS), which has offered a variety of new plans and lower prices meant to lure customers away from AT&T and Verizon (VZ).

The rivalry between AT&T and T-Mobile has become so heated that shortly after AT&T announced the 2GB Mobile Share Value plan price cut, T-Mobile CEO John Legere tweeted: “A day late and a dollar short… Story of @att‘s life.”

AT&T stock slipped slightly in Monday morning trading. T stock has declined more than 10% over the past year.
