Financial stocks declined broadly on Wall Street today, with the sector seeing an overall decline of 0.5%.

More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.2%, the Nasdaq was down 0.6% and the S&P 500 declined 0.2%.

Some of the biggest gainers among financial stocks include:

• Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. (ASPS[1]): ASPS stock is up 4.6% today.

• Governor and Company of The Bank of Ireland (IRE[2]): IRE stock is up 2.3% today.

• The Carlyle Group L.P. (CG[3]): CG stock is up 2.0% today.

• Bancolombia S.A. (CIB[4]): CIB stock is up 1.7%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• The Blackstone Group L.P. (BX[5]): BX stock is up 1.5% today.

• Westpac Banking Corp (WBK[6]): WBK stock is up 1.0%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Royal Bank Scotland Group Plc (RBS[7]): RBS stock is up 1.0% today.

• Old Republic International Corp (ORI[8]): ORI stock is up 1.0% today.

• Cohen & Steers Infrastructure Fund (UTF[9]): UTF stock is up 0.9%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Banco Santander (SAN[10]): SAN stock is up 0.9%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.

Some of the biggest losers among financial stocks include:

• UMB Financial Corp (UMBF[11]): UMBF stock is down 3.4%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Pacwest Bancorp (PACW[12]): PACW stock is down 3.3% today on 3 times normal volume.

• Associated Banc-Corp (ASBC[13]): ASBC stock is down 3.2%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Cigna Corp (CI[14]): CI stock is down 3.1%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Principal Financial Group Inc (PFG[15]): PFG stock is down 3.0% today.

• Capitalsource Inc (CSE[16]): CSE stock is down 2.9% today on 4 times normal volume.

• First Republic Bank (FRC[17]): FRC stock is down 2.8%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Viewpoint Financial Group (VPFG[18]): VPFG stock is down 2.7% today.

• Janus Capital Group Inc (JNS[19]): JNS stock is down 2.7% today.

• TD Ameritrade Holding Corp (AMTD[20]): AMTD stock is down 2.7%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.
