All New HTC One Leak: Fan Uploads Video Review 3 Weeks Too Early

[1]One HTC enthusiast jumped the gun over the weekend, posting an all new HTC One leak online[2].

A 12-minute video — which has since been deleted — apparently showed off the new HTC One handset that HTC plans to officially unveil later this month. The all new HTC One leak reveals an smartphone that looks mostly like the previous model with some new enhancements, GigaOM notes

The all new HTC One leak displays the new HTC One phone running on Google’s (GOOG[3]) Android 4.4 KitKat OS. HTC has also included its Sense 6.0 interface on the new phone.

A dual-flash and dual camera sensor is visible in all new HTC One leak. Unlike, the earlier HTC One, the device seen in the all new HTC One leak includes a microSD card slot.

According to the device shown in the all new HTC One leak, the handset’s control buttons have been relocated from the display bezels to the display.

HTC is expected to debut the new HTC One at a media event on Mar. 25. The all new HTC One leak provoked an online exchange[4] between the video’s uploader and HTC Senior Global Online Communications Manager, Jeff Gordon, that led to the video being deleted, NDTV says.
