Energy stocks rose broadly 0.7% on Wall Street today.

More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.3%, the Nasdaq increased 0.7% and the S&P 500 was up 0.3%.

Some of the biggest gainers among energy stocks include:

• Alon USA Energy (ALJ[1]): ALJ stock is up 3.6%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Holly Energy Partners L.P. (HEP[2]): HEP stock is up 2.5% today.

• Sunoco Logistics Partners LP (SXL[3]): SXL stock is up 2.5%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Genesis Energy L.P. (GEL[4]): GEL stock is up 2.2% today.

• Comstock Resources (CRK[5]): CRK stock is up 2.0%, marking the sixth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• RPC Inc (RES[6]): RES stock is up 2.0%, marking the sixth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Ev Energy Partners L.P. (EVEP[7]): EVEP stock is up 2.0%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Tesoro Logistics LP Common Unit (TLLP[8]): TLLP stock is up 1.7% today.

• Patterson-Uti Energy (PTEN[9]): PTEN stock is up 1.7%, marking the sixth consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Access Midstream Partners L.P. (ACMP[10]): ACMP stock is up 1.6%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

Some of the biggest losers among energy stocks include:

• Newfield Exploration Company (NFX[11]): NFX stock is down 1.8% today.

• Exco Resources NL (XCO[12]): XCO stock is down 1.8% today.
