Capital goods stocks finished down on Wall Street on Thursday, down 0.2%.
More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average remained flat, the Nasdaq was up 0.3% and the S&P 500 stayed the same.
Some of the biggest gainers among capital goods stocks include:
- Mastec Inc (MTZ[1]): MTZ stock is up 1.7% today.
- Empresas Ica Soc Contrladora (ICA[2]): ICA stock is up 1.9% today.
- Armstrong World Industries Inc (AWI[3]): AWI stock is up 1.7% today.
- Flir Systems (FLIR[4]): FLIR stock is up 1.5% today.
- SPX Corp (SPW[5]): SPW stock is up 1.4%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.
- Tutor Perini Corp (TPC[6]): TPC stock is up 1.4% today.
- Lennar Corp (LEN.B[7]): LEN.B stock is up 1.3% today.
- Spirit Aerosystems Holdings (SPR[8]): SPR stock is up 1.2%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.
- 3M Company (MMM[9]): MMM stock is up 1.2% to a new 52-week high of $140.81.
- Cemex S.A.B. De C.V. Sponsored (CX[10]): CX stock is up 1.2%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.
Some of the biggest losers among capital goods stocks include:
- Orbital Sciences Corp (ORB[11]): ORB stock is down 1.5% today.
- AAR Corp (AIR[12]): AIR stock is down 1.3% today.
- Terex Corp (TEX[13]): TEX stock is down 1.2% today.
