Consumer noncyclical stocks rose broadly on Wall Street on Tuesday, with the sector seeing an overall increase of 0.2%.

More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average stayed consistent, the Nasdaq was steady and the S&P 500 stayed the same.

Some of the biggest gainers among consumer noncyclical stocks include:

• Compania Cervecerias Unidas S.A. (CCU[1]): CCU stock is up 0.8% today.

• Hershey Foods Corp (HSY[2]): HSY stock is up 0.7% today.

• Newell Rubbermaid Inc (NWL[3]): NWL stock is up 0.6%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Altria Group (MO[4]): MO stock is up 0.6% to a new 52-week high of $40.61.

• Molson Coors Brewing Company (TAP[5]): TAP stock is up 0.6% to a new 52-week high of $64.03.

• Estee Lauder Companies (EL[6]): EL stock is up 0.4% today.

• Pepsico Inc (PEP[7]): PEP stock is up 0.3% today.

• Brown Forman Inc B (BF.B[8]): BF.B stock is up 0.3%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

• Gruma S.A. De C.V. (GMK[9]): GMK stock is up 0.3% to a new 52-week high of $41.25.

• Campbell Soup Company (CPB[10]): CPB stock is up 0.3%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has increased.

Some of the biggest losers among consumer noncyclical stocks include:

• United Natural Foods (UNFI[11]): UNFI stock is down 2.0% today.

• Brf-Brasil Foods S.A. (BRFS[12]): BRFS stock is down 0.7% today.

• Post Holdings Inc. (POST[13]): POST stock is down 0.6% today.

• Hain Celestial Group (HAIN[14]): HAIN stock is down 0.6% today.

• J & J Snack Foods (JJSF[15]): JJSF stock is down 0.6% today.

• Lancaster Colony Corp (LANC[16]): LANC stock is down 0.5% today.
