Utilities stocks finished down broadly on Wall Street on Monday, with the sector seeing an overall decline of 0.9%.

More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average pushed 1.0% higher, the Nasdaq climbed 1.6% and the S&P 500 was up 1.0%.

• Western Gas Partners LP (WES[3]): WES stock is up 1.2% today.

• Energy Transfer Equity LP (ETE[4]): ETE stock is up 1.3% today.

• Comp En De Mn Cemig Ads (CIG[5]): CIG stock is up 0.8% today.

• Trident Performance Group (TCP[6]): TCP stock is up 1.0% today.

• Mge Energy Inc (MGEE[7]): MGEE stock is up 0.9% today.

• Hawaiian Electric Industries (HE[8]): HE stock is up 0.9% today.

• Newjersey Resources Corp (NJR[9]): NJR stock is up 0.8% today on 2 times normal volume.

• Kinder Morgan (KMI[10]): KMI stock is up 0.7% today.

Some of the biggest losers among utilities stocks include:

• PNM Resources Inc (PNM[11]): PNM stock is down 2.2% today.

• Ameren Corp (AEE[12]): AEE stock is down 1.4%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Pacific Gas & Electric Co. (PCG[13]): PCG stock is down 1.3%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Nextera Energy (NEE[14]): NEE stock is down 1.1%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Scana Corp (SCG[15]): SCG stock is down 1.1%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.
