Technology stocks advanced broadly on Wall Street so far on Thursday, with the sector seeing an overall increase of 0.4%.

More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 0.4%, the Nasdaq pushed 0.3% higher and the S&P 500 rose 0.4%.

Some of the biggest gainers among technology stocks include:

• Mitel Networks Corp (MITL[1]): MITL stock is up 9.6% today.

• Bruker Corp (BRKR[2]): BRKR stock is up 6.7% today.

• Avg Technologies N.V. (AVG[3]): AVG stock is up 8.0% today.

• Enersys Inc (ENS[4]): ENS stock is up 5.1% today.

• Linkedin (LNKD[5]): LNKD stock is up 2.3% today.

• Sandisk Corp (SNDK[6]): SNDK stock is up 2.3% to a new 52-week high of $88.94.

• Alcatel Lucent (ALU[7]): ALU stock is up 2.3% today.

• Canon Inc (CAJ[8]): CAJ stock is up 2.3% today.

• Avago Technologies (AVGO[9]): AVGO stock is up 1.9% today.

• Bitauto Holdings Limited (BITA[10]): BITA stock is up 1.0% today.

Some of the biggest losers among technology stocks include:

• Teradata Corp (TDC[11]): TDC stock is down 13.6%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Nice-Systems Limited (NICE[12]): NICE stock is down 5.8%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Sunedison Inc (SUNE[13]): SUNE stock is down 4.0%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Gt Advanced Technologies Inc (GTAT[14]): GTAT stock is down 4.0%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Himax Technologies (HIMX[15]): HIMX stock is down 2.0%, marking the fourth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Brocade Communications Systems (BRCD[16]): BRCD stock is down 2.8%, marking the sixth consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Vantiv Inc (VNTV[17]): VNTV stock is down 1.7%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.

• Spansion Inc (CODE[18]): CODE stock is down 2.4% today.

• SAP Ag (SAP[19]): SAP stock is down 1.5% today.

• Solarwinds Inc (SWI[20]): SWI stock is down 1.2%, marking the fifth consecutive day the stock has decreased.
